Soundbaths and sound healing treatments are healing journeys where you get to rest deeply while listening to instruments being played, feeling the sound vibration wash over, in and around you.

I use Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Pyramid, Gong, Drum, Tuning Forks, Chimes and various percussion to bring you into a deep state of rest and relaxation as you are literally bathed in sound. Our bodies are predominantly made up of water. Sound travels faster in water and the water conducts the sound all around to every joint, fascia, tissue, ligament, organ and cell. Its literally a day at the spa for your insides while you get to enjoy a welcome pause from life, feeling safe supported and held.
